Do you have a store front?
No, we do not! We are an online store and don't have a physical location. We currently specialize in delivery of products, socializing & educating events, and an adoption program. However, we are working towards opening a physical location by mid to late 2025. If you'd like to help us achieve this or learn more about our goal, please click here.
What are your hours?
Our online store is open 24/7. Our customer service is available dawn to dusk every day except Monday, but please allow 1-4 hours for a response. Delivery is available every day, except Mondays, in the early morning to early afternoon. Days and times may vary. Please follow us on social media to get the latest updates.
Do you offer shipping?
No, we currently do not.
Can I schedule a time for delivery?
At the moment, we cannot offer scheduled deliveries. Our current delivery day is Tuesday. You may receive your order any time between 7:00AM and 5:00PM.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee is $3.00 per delivery with no order minimums.
What is the return policy?
Live feeders have a 24 hour return policy if they are mostly dead or all dead. All other products have a 14 day policy. Due to being an online store, photos are required for any damaged products. If a product is returned damaged without prior communication, the customer will only be refunded 50% of their original purchase price. We cannot accept any returns without a valid receipt/order number.
How do you process returns?
After the initial communication, we will discuss the best option to receive your return depending on time and location. Options include in person drop off or delivery pick up. Payment will be refunded in its original form once product is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, and PayPal for purchases.
What languages do you offer for communication?
We can communicate with you in English, Spanish, and we're ASL Friendly!
Do you offer help during natural disasters?
We are not currently set up to accept an influx of reptiles and amphibians, however, we will still do everything in our power to help you during any trying times.
What social medias do you post on?
We are on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Can I request special orders?
At the moment, we cannot guarantee special requests, however, if there is a product you would like us to carry, please use the form on our "Feedback" page and let us know! We strive to have a huge variety in our store and will do our best to make it happen!
Do you sell reptiles?
We do not sell reptiles in a retail setting or for retail prices. We do offer reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates for adoption.
Do you take in surrenders?
Yes, we do accept reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate surrenders, but we have limited space and cannot guarantee that we can take them in. However, please don't hesitate to reach out as we strive to help in any way we can.
