What inspired me to start Picky Eaters Reptile Shop?

During a long journey of self-discovery, I found an immense love and passion for food. It was only natural to bring this love of food to all of my animals. However, I quickly grew frustrated travelling to multiple places. It was expected at first as I have reptiles, small critters, and cats, but when I couldn't find everything I needed for all of my reptiles in one place, I was confused. Why not?

Among reptiles, there is a huge variety of diets and we learn new things every day. And I found that many reptile centric shops lack in one way or another when it comes to the broad umbrella of nutrition. For me, reptiles are like tattoos - it's hard to stop after just one! So, I decided I wanted to do my best to bridge that gap by offering a huge variety of feeders and foods. A reptile pet parent shouldn't have to visit 3+ places to get food for all their critters, no matter the species!

Pet tax is a resident 7 year old Leopard Gecko named Aladore. Yes, she is as sassy in person as she looks in this photo!
